Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Sendxa, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Sendxa provides tools for service businesses to manage bookings and collect client information. We are a platform — we are not responsible for the services that business owners provide to their clients.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per business. You may not share or transfer your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You agree not to use Sendxa to:

• Collect client information for purposes other than your stated services
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
• Spam or send unsolicited messages to clients
• Violate any applicable Kenyan law or regulation
• Attempt to access or interfere with other users' accounts or data

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers. Failure to pay may result in downgrade or suspension of your account.

You own the content you upload to Sendxa. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it as necessary to operate the platform. We do not claim ownership of your business data or your clients' information.

Sendxa is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendxa Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including loss of bookings, revenue, or client data.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time from your settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Sendxa after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
